The musical game (sung to the tune of "C is for Cookie") is to come up with things that begin with the letter P, including peanuts and pie. Lillian is sure he wants to tell the story he's in, but Baby Bear insists he'd rather tell the story of "The Chair-Smashing Villain." In the story, Baby Bear listens to the report of a Chair-Smashing Villain on the radio. The radio announcer (Martin P. Robinson) tells listeners to be on the look-out for the villain, who has blonde curls and is wearing a mask. Baby Bear asks for a visual aid, so the radio pops out a picture of Goldilocks wearing a burglar's mask. Baby Bear sets up a trap to catch the villain by lining up the chairs in the cave for the villain to smash. Sure enough, the villain appears and deems Papa and Mama Bears' chairs to be too large, but Baby Bear's is just right. She then proceeds to karate chop it to pieces when Baby Bear confronts her. He shows how she matches his picture until she points out that she has a mustache unlike the person in the picture. Baby Bear sees that the mustache is fake and rips it off before chasing the villain. He concludes his story with a satisfying ending (to him) where the chair-smasher ends up in prison. | |

SCENE 6 | Baby Bear has finally calmed down, and points out that he had a great time at day care today - especially since Goldilocks wasn't there, as Lillian correctly guesses. She suggests that because he talked about her all day long, perhaps Baby Bear may even like Goldilocks a little bit, which he emphatically denies. Baby Bear's anger returns, however, when Goldilocks shows up and informs him that Mama Bear had to go shopping and asked her to pick him up. Baby Bear is even more enraged to learn that Goldilocks was also invited to dinner, but Lillian reminds him of what to do when he feels angry. While Baby Bear starts counting to five over and over, Lillian announces the sponsors. |
