COLD OPEN Big Bird and Snuffy introduce today's sponsors. Savion chimes in that today, he'll be starting college. Big Bird and Snuffy are just as excited as he is...only they're not sure what college is.
SCENE 1 Savion gives the duo a simple explanation of what college is, then heads off to grab a bite before his first class. Snuffy wishes they could go too, so Big Bird suggests they go with Savion and get their things ready.

They're told that they're too young to go to college, and that Savion won't need all of those items. He takes their crayons anyhow and heads off to class. Big Bird and Snuffy decide to play hopscotch instead.

The caller gets mad at Oscar, who in turn gets mad with Telly.
