Scooter catches a cold, and while he recuperates, the other Babies imagine themselves shrinking to microscopic size and journeying through his body to fight the germs. They are ultimately confronted by the evil viruses. When Scooter ingests orange juice, the Vitamin C proves dangerous to the viruses, but some put on "anti-vitamin C masks" and survive. The Babies split up to find another way to battle the viruses, and Gonzo finds someone called "Sheriff White Cell" and his deputies, who make it their mission to fight sickness and disease.

References[]
- The entire plot references the 1966 film Fantastic Voyage, with footage of the movie's submarine Proteus used as exterior shots as the babies travel through Scooter. The trope is later used on the Muppet Babies reboot episode "Don't Over Duet," where the characters venture inside Piggy's body.
