Picture Segment Description

SCENE 1 Gina and Elmo greet the viewer, and Elmo begins to sing "Old MacDonald Had a Farm" but halfway through he transitions into "Bingo." Gina points out that he's singing two songs at once, listing all the other animals on Old MacDonald's farm, which do not include a dog named Bingo ... but she is immediately proven wrong when they pass by.

SCENE 2 Gordon encounters Snuffy lip-synching to a tape of Luciano Snuffleupagus singing "The Cabbage of Seville." Snuffy likes to pretend he's an opera singer when he hears that tape, and suggests that Gordon try pretending as well. Snuffy's mommy calls him over, and he tells Gordon to watch his tape player while he's gone. When Snuffy leaves, Gordon, out of curiosity, plays the tape and lip-synchs dramatically to it, not noticing that Snuffy and some kids have been watching him, until they applaud.

Muppets Cookie Monster goes on a picnic, with a basket full of cookies. A bug flies by, and tries to get into the basket, buzzing furiously. Cookie Monster tries to give the bug a little cookie if it'll go away. The bug refuses, buzzing even more strenuously. Cookie tries a big cookie, but it still refuses. Cookie offers an almond cookie, a raisin cookie, a pistachio nut cookie, and a crunchy granola cookie. He realizes that the little bug doesn't like cookies. All he has left is a letter Z. The bug is excited, and buzzes off with the Z.

Muppets Colambo: The Great Plum Plunder
Colambo, in his office, decides to have a piece of Christmas pie, when he notices a plum missing from it. He asks the janitor, Little Jack Horner, some questions about what he was doing in the corner. It turns out that Jack had stuck in his thumb and pulled out the plum.
On the title card, the story is credited to J. Mazzarino.

SCENE 5 Elmo stands in front of Oscar's trash can holding a "wet paint" sign, shouting the words over and over. Gordon sees him doing this, and compliments him on being a good reader, but Grundgetta pops out of the trash can and tells him to knock it off. Gordon explains to Grundgetta why it's important for Elmo to know how to read the sign, and then points out that it's time to say goodbye. Elmo repeats the word over and over as Gordon announces the sponsors.
