In the story, Stinky the Stinkweed lives in the desert where the grouchy sun (Peter Linz) maliciously shines on him. One day the sun decides to leave temporarily, which upsets Stinky at first. When Stinky looks up again, he sees a crabby cloud (Fran Brill) which pours rain on him; he begins to enjoy it until the cloud stops raining just to tease him. When the sun comes back, Stinky finds that his leaves have become bigger and he has grown a few buds, and from then on Stinky didn't mind when the sun goes away sometimes. | |
