Picture Segment Description

SCENE 1 The camera follows Big Bird's view as he peers into the Furry Arms Hotel, where business is silly as usual. After Humphrey and Ingrid deal with an irate customer wishing that his pet human were allowed in, Miss Netherland reminds them to have the Tillstrom Suite ready for a tour bus full of sheep, as well as doing something about the nasty squeaking noise she's been hearing. The two managers constantly give Benny Rabbit orders concerning his hotel duties and the squeak, frustrating him as he's still on his break. He gives in and gets back to work, squeaking his teeth in aggravation... revealing the source of the sound. (YouTube)

SCENE 2 Benny has retrieved a bucket of chicken fat from the kitchen (earning the ire of an angry chicken). He falls and spills some on the lobby floor before greasing the revolving door, seeing if that will fix the squeak. Several penguin guests end up slipping on the chicken grease (followed by a barking Wolfgang) when the sheep from the tour bus arrive. Since the Tillstrom Suite isn't ready, Humphrey and Ingrid decide to put them in the Baird Suite instead. Benny counts as the 17 sheep fly through the over-greased revolving door, and the monsters slip on the grease when retrieving their luggage. (YouTube)

SCENE 3 Benny confides to the Dinger bellhop that he's put chicken fat on the ceiling fan, hoping that will get rid of the squeak. As a result, the fan spins extra fast making the lobby very windy. A passing elephant slips on the spilled chicken fat and flies up to the ceiling fan, getting stuck! Benny puts up a "DANGER" sign, which Humphrey and Ingrid try to read. (Humphrey: "'DAN-GER'... who's Dan Ger?" Ingrid: "Didn't he play for the '69 Giants?") The monsters realize the sign really says "danger," but it's too late: the elephant lands on Humphrey and Ingrid and flattens them. Meanwhile, Miss Netherland hears the squeak again and traces it to Benny's teeth. She politely asks him if he has a mouse in his mouth before deciding that the hotel will just have to live with the noise.
