COLD OPEN Telly finds a giant wristwatch, but who could it possibly belong to?
SCENE 1 Telly theorizes that such a large watch could belong to a giant, an idea that frightens him. He hears some loud, impending footsteps, which belong to a tiny man named Mr. Big. He and his "Big Kids" love to give people in need large items and goes off to get a cup of coffee.

Grover suggests exercise, grabs him out of his seat and starts bouncing him around, which bothers a nearby passenger. Next, Grover gives Mr. Johnson a big hug, which doesn't work either. What Johnson really wants is a blanket, so Grover looks in the overhead luggage container, letting everything in it fall out and cover up Mr. Johnson.

Snuffy rushes to the store in need of a new toothbrush. The only toothbrush available is too small for him, so she asks Mr. Big for one. He first brings a small one, following Gina's earlier command, then provides a big one that Gina uses to brush Snuffy's teeth with.

SCENE 6 Mr. Big has now brought in a giant chair for Gina, adding to the frustrating clutter. She tries to call Bruno the Trashman on the phone, but discovers it's broken. Mr. Big and the Big Kids provide her with a giant telephone. Just when Gina starts to lose it, Mr. Handford enters and is filled in on the situation; he requests Mr. Big puts the things someplace else. Mr. Big suggests a giant trashcan, but when that's not an option, he states they could go back in his car. Mr. Handford and Gina help carry, intrigued at what his car must look like.
