COLD OPEN | Telly announces today's sponsors and adds we'll be seeing the cast of "Hey Diddle Diddle." First up is the cat (Joey Mazzarino) who plays the fiddle, who's instead fixated on catching mice.
SCENE 1 | The cat explains that he doesn't want to play the fiddle anymore - he wants to chase mice like normal cats do. He can't seem to find any mice anywhere and instead decides to chase Telly (thinking he's a big, purple "mousey" named Bubba), changing his part of the rhyme to suit his new life. A crazy chase ensues between the two around the yard.
