SCENE 1 | Telly explains he's practicing his tuba so it will sound more like the professionals, such as the one on Elmo's cassette player. He's also hoping to play in Bob's Sesame Street Marching Band, and while his playing is in fine shape, he needs to also practice his marching. Elmo doesn't think that'll be too hard, but Telly shows how difficult it is to march and play the tuba at the same time (falling over with each try). Elmo agrees to stick around and help Telly practice. | |

When Luis finally enters the room when she's present, she explains she's been doing what her mommy told her: turning off electrical appliances when no one's using them to save energy. Luis tells her that won't be necessary, as he'll only be out of the room for a few seconds. As he goes into the back room again, Zoe finds something else to save energy on - the lights. | |
