Picture Segment Description
COLD OPEN Elmo recites today's sponsors as Telly blows them from his tuba, which he'll be practicing a lot on today.
SCENE 1 Telly explains he's practicing his tuba to play in Bob's Sesame Street Marching Band. His playing is in fine shape, but he needs to also practice his marching. Elmo doesn't think that'll be too hard, but Telly shows how difficult it is to march and play at the same time (falling over each time).
Cartoon All the instruments in Sousaville love Mr. Tuba's music, but when he plays with them, he doesn't play the same music they're playing.
