Picture Segment Description

SCENE 1 Elmo and Baby Bear are having a playdate, but can't agree on what to do - Elmo wants to play tag, but Baby Bear wants to watch the clouds. Neither of them wants the other to miss out on their game, so when Gordon happens by he suggests they take turns. The two decide to play tag first, with Baby Bear as "it."
Cartoon A cat follows its ears to a squeaking noise, which he thinks is coming from mice, but it's coming from swings.

While Grover tends his other tables, he keeps bumping up behind Mr. Johnson and forcing his face into the meal. Grover solves the problem by moving the table away from him, so he can run in front of Mr. Johnson.

Gordon again proposes that they take turns and Baby Bear suddenly realizes this means it's Elmo's turn to be "it." However, Elmo quickly tags Baby Bear back, but Gordon advises him to keep running and he may even outlast Elmo (which Baby Bear compares to the "Tortoise and the Hare" story).
