He shows them off to Angela who isn't impressed, but when he finally gets to his imitation of Big Bird, he lip synchs to a line which Big Bird speaks behind the wall. Angela gets wise to the trick (especially when Big Bird gives himself away) and playfully threatens to get back at Jamal, chasing him away. "Grown-ups!" a slightly bemused Big Bird comments. | |

SCENE 4 | Maria encounters Telly making name tags for himself, Kingston, and Mara. They were inspired by a story Kingston wrote about the history of name tags, and ask Maria to read it again. In the story, a king (Telly) throws a party but doesn't know everyone's name, which drives his guests away. His royal writer (Kingston) gets the idea to write all the guests' names down on small pieces of paper and stick them on their chest. The king initially questions his writer's logic ("Are you ill, Royal Writer?!") but goes with it anyway, finding it improves the party greatly. | |

When Maria finishes reading the story, Telly offers to make a name tag for Maria but she turns it down, claiming that everyone on Sesame Street knows her name. Just then, tourists Lydia and John Bubba John pass by and introduce themselves to everyone who has a name tag... until they get to Maria. She quickly makes one for herself before the tourists head out. | |
