SCENE 1 | Roxie Marie comforts a sad Biff. The Martians appear on the fence and see he is sad as well. Elmo comes by and is told today is Biff's 40th birthday. He is sad that he has gotten so old, so Elmo and Roxie try cheering him up by throwing him a party. Biff bids them good luck, as do the Martians, who then vanish.
