SCENE 1 | Elmo goes into the Fix-It Shop and tells Maria about his toy camera, then starts taking pretend pictures of Maria posing in different ways. When he decides to take pictures of her while she's working, Maria suggests that there are lots of other things to take pictures of (so as not to distract her from her work). Elmo thinks hard of what to take pretend pictures of next, and a light bulb is shown above Elmo's head when he thinks of the perfect subject... Maria! |

SCENE 3 | Maria hands Elmo a real camera, and he becomes so excited he doesn't know what to do. Maria explains that he can take up to 20 real pictures with it, and to bring the camera back when he's done so she can develop them. Soon after she exits, Oscar pops out of his trash can annoyed by Elmo's excitement and repeatedly tells him to get lost. Instead, Elmo takes pictures of his griping, as well as Ruthie jogging (and snacking on an ice cream cone), Celina rollerblading, and some kids riding bicycles and rollerblading. After Oscar's final warning, Elmo takes his 20th picture and leaves. "I guess I told him," remarks Oscar. |
