	SCENE 1	At the Fix-It Shop, Luis welcomes the viewer to Sesame Street, and explains that they're about to watch the Worm World Music Festival on TV (they couldn't get tickets in time) - but first, Maria makes sure the remote works. She turns the TV on, and they watch the live coverage.
	SCENE 1 cont'd	The festival is covered on WormTV by Downtown Julie Brown, who introduces the bands who will be performing today: the Tokyo Worm Quartet from Japan, Gooey Armstrong from New Orleans, Gloria Esteworm from Cuba, Wormsmith Black Mambazo from Africa, and Squiggy Marley and the Mud Makers from Jamaica. However, her favorite group, Slimey and the Polka Worms, have not shown up yet. Where could they be?

	SCENE 2	Oscar and Telly, displaying an unusual amount of camaraderie betwixt each other, bring Slimey over to the Fix-it Shop so that Maria and Luis can fix Slimey's tuba, which accidentally got run over by a garbage truck. Luis goes to get some tools while Maria tries to bend the tuba back into shape.
	SCENE 2 cont'd	Meanwhile, at the festival, a Russian worm band, the Flying Rachmaninoffs, perform a piano concerto. When they finish, Julie gets a bulletin that Slimey and the Polka Worms may not show up, and still hopes that they will.
	SCENE 2 cont'd	Back at the Fix-it Shop, Slimey attempts to play the tuba, but finds that it still needs to be worked on.

	SCENE 3	Telly frets that Slimey won't get to play at the festival today, but Oscar, despite being a Grouch, tells them not to worry. Fixing the tuba is hard for Maria and Luis, because they're more used to fixing toasters.
	SCENE 3 cont'd	Next on the festival program, reggae artists Squiggy Marley and the Mud Makers, who sing "Everyone Makes Their Own Music." After the song, Julie reports that the reason for Slimey's delay is due to the damage of his tuba, which is being fixed right now.

	SCENE 4	Back at the festival: Gloria Esteworm performs "Mambo I, I, I."
	SCENE 4 cont'd	After the song, a blimp that reads "We Love You, Gloria!" floats by as Julie reports on the condition of Slimey's tuba.

	SCENE 5	At the festival, the crowd cheers as Wormsmith Black Mambazo perform "African Alphabet." After the song, Julie reports that the condition of Slimey's tuba is still unknown, "but Slimey, if you can hear me, we're thinking of you, man. Good luck!"
	SCENE 5 cont'd	By now, Slimey's tuba is still not in good enough condition to be played at the festival. Everyone feels very sad about Slimey's loss, until Telly remembers that he can loan Slimey his own tuba. He runs off and tells Slimey he'll meet him at the music festival.

	Animation	A group of round crayons draws a house, and is hesitant to let a square yellow crayon join, until it draws the sun. They all cooperate to make a rainbow. (First: Episode 3105)
	Muppets / Celebrity	Elmo runs into Ellen DeGeneres listening to "Put Down the Duckie" with headphones and singing along to it. They try taking turns, but Elmo soon decides it would be better if they used the headphones at the same time - that way they can dance together. This eventually leads to...
