	SCENE 1	Oscar tells Maria he has a big plan for today. He knows that Telly is bound to ask him to play with him, and a simple "no" just isn't enough. He's prepared what he calls "the grouchiest NO on Sesame Street." He blows his broken horn, displays a "NO" banner, and shouts the word through his megaphone. Telly happens by and says hello to the two, but doesn't ask Oscar to play. Oscar thinks it'll happen eventually and uses the time to improve his "NO."

	SCENE 2	Oscar has hired the Grouchtones (Alice Dinnean and John Kennedy) to enhance his "NO" with their awful singing. However, Telly and Baby Bear both happen by (in football uniforms) without asking him to play. Maria thinks that neither of them since Oscar doesn't like football, and Oscar becomes upset that his effort has gone to waste. Maria promises him that they'll eventually ask to play and follows them.

Telly is about to throw the football to Baby Bear when Maria rushes in and informs him that Oscar is sad because he hasn't gotten to do his special "NO." Telly runs off to help his friend, but ends up forgetting about playing with Baby Bear, who becomes very angry.

	SCENE 4	Oscar sees Telly is on his way over and makes sure his preparations for the grouchiest "NO" are ready. Just as Telly is about to ask Oscar to play, Maria informs him that Baby Bear is upset that he left. Telly rushes off, leaving Oscar unable to perform his "NO" yet again.
