	SCENE 1	At the park, Big Bird encounters a sad Snuffy. Snuffy explains that he's sad because of... tap dancing.
	SCENE 1 cont'd	A flashback of what happened earlier today is shown: he runs into Gabi practicing her tap dancing, and wants to try it himself. Gabi suggests that he join Celina's tap dancing class, and Snuffy goes home to ask his mommy for some tap shoes.
	SCENE 1 cont'd	Back in the present, Snuffy doesn't feel like telling the rest of the story to Big Bird yet; he needs to blow his snuffle, so Big Bird fetches him one.

	SCENE 2 cont'd	Via another flashback at Celina's Dance Studio, Snuffy has trouble keeping up with Gabi and the other students, pointing out that she is teaching a two-legged dance and he has four legs. Gabi gets an idea for everyone to form four-legged groups of two, one behind the other, which makes Snuffy feel better and able to dance along. However, unbeknownst to him, while he tap dances the building shakes and causes everything to fall off the shelves inside of Finders Keepers downstairs, sending Ruthie in a panic.
	SCENE 2 cont'd	Back in the present, Snuffy says he was happy while tap dancing, so Big Bird still doesn't know what made him sad. Snuffy asks him to get another jumbo-sized tissue.

	SCENE 3 cont'd	Snuffy feels ashamed about the damage he caused Finders Keepers, apologizing to Ruthie. Celina and Ruthie suggest that he imagine himself lighter on the feet, and continue to practice his tap dancing. Rather than wait for next week's lesson, Snuffy immediately feels like practicing right then and there, stepping outside of Finders Keepers and starting another Snuffle-earthquake.

	SCENE 4	Big Bird helps Snuffy blow his snuffle again, and Snuffy finishes his story: he felt frustrated about causing a Snuffle-earthquake every time he tap danced, so he decided to give up... and that's why he's sad. As a parody of the Rocky theme plays, Big Bird gives Snuffy a pep talk, reminding him of how many people believe in him - including himself. His confidence restored, Snuffy runs off to practice some more. Big Bird tells Ruthie about what he just told Snuffy to do, and she rushes back into the store as the next Snuffle-earthquake begins.

Snuffy follows her, asking her to show him how to do it, and Big Bird, Ruthie, and Celina rush inside Finders Keepers to keep the stuff from falling over as the next Snuffle-earthquake begins. Celina announces the sponsors in voiceover, and the credits follow.
