Baby Bear does it, but Telly is still not convinced and asks Bob to try. Bob pretents he’s a bird and successfully flaps and tweets at the same time. Then Telly tries it, and it works! He is happy he will be able to be in the pageant, and the whole neighborhood will see him pretending to be a bird.
