SCENE 1 | As Celina reads her newspaper on the stoop, Oscar and Irvine wait for Grundgetta to arrive. Once she does, they notice her hair is messier than usual, with fish and trash wrapped in it. She reveals she’s been attending the Vidal Spittoon Salon of Grouch Beauty, wanting to become a Grouch beautician and make other Grouches look as yucky as she does. She sings “I Feel Yucky” to celebrate how she feels, but before she can start her job, she must pass her test and get her license by practicing on someone. Celina quickly dashes off, and the two other Grouches look to Oscar... |

SCENE 2 | As Grundgetta begins to work, Oscar refuses to be her test dummy. Celina points out that he'll get to look more yucky, but Oscar claims that if he helps he’ll be cooperating, which is against his personality. Grundgetta doesn't like to cooperate either, but convinces him that it's for a good cause: if he helps, not only can she make other Grouches look worse, but other residents of Sesame Street as well. Oscar agrees to help, but makes sure to have Irvine cover her eyes so she doesn’t witness all the cooperating. |

SCENE 3 | Grundgetta finishes her work on Oscar, and he screams at the sight of himself in the mirror (which means she did a good job). However, she needs five screams to confirm that she's passed her test. Just then, Vidal Spittoon arrives to judge her work. He mistakes Celina as an example of her technique before looking over Oscar's new hairdo. He shrieks five times at the sight of it, and gives Grundgetta the official license! Now in business, all Grundgetta needs is a first customer. Celina hightails it again, and all who is left is Irvine, who’s never had a haircut before and begins to cry and scream. |
