Picture Segment Description

SCENE 1 As Celina reads her newspaper, Oscar and Irvine wait for Grundgetta to arrive. Once she does, her hair is all mussed up with fish in it. She reveals she’s been attending the Vidal Spittoon School of Grouch Beauty, wanting to become a grouch beautician and make grouches look yucky. She sings “I Feel Yucky” to them and Celina (with back-up from two other grouches). However, before she can start her job, she must pass her test and get her license by practicing on someone. Celina dashes off and the two other grouches look to Oscar.
