SCENE 1 | Bob is over at Oscar's trash can, where Sloppy, Slimey’s baby sister, is staying for the day. Slimey tells Oscar he wishes Sloppy could crawl so she can play with him. Bob then learns an interesting fact about worm babies: before they can crawl, they have to learn how to wiggle. Oscar thinks it’s a good idea to teach her how to wiggle. To encourage her, he sings “You've Got to Learn How to Wiggle”. Bob and all their friends appear and join in. After the song, Sloppy instead takes a nap. |

We see her walking past her neighbors and watching her classmates play outside as she arrives at school. The bell rings, and the girl enters the school, where the teacher is passing out chalk to her students. We see the teacher teaching the students the English words: "a boy," "a girl," "a man," "a woman," which she has written on the board, along with a drawing for each word. The students repeat the words, then write them down on their individual chalkboards as the girl remarks, "We are learning to read and write."
