SCENE 1 The kids and Telly arrive at Hooper's Store and say hello to Mr. Handford. Telly's nose is a little itchy. Lexine asks for a triangle slice of pizza and Miles asks for a tuna fish sandwich cut into 2 triangles but Telly soon starts sneezing so they take their food out in the yard. Telly asks for cheese sandwich and wants it cut into 4 triangles. He suddenly knows why he's sneezing. Telly has come up with a bad case of "Triangle-sneeze-itis!"
Cartoon A boy's friends bring him flowers to cheer him up, not knowing that he's allergic to them.

SCENE 2 Telly explains his affliction is one monsters occasionally get, causing them to sneeze when they're around triangles. He demonstrates by using a napkin on the table to prove to Mr. Handford the seriousness of his illness. After that, he tells Mr. Handford to stop saying gesundheit because he's gonna wear himself out. He sneezes more when a girl rides by on her tricycle (the wheels have triangles in them) and Bob shows up with his musical triangle. Big Bird's kite also sets him off and he leads him somewhere they won't find any triangles.

SCENE 3 Telly and Big Bird arrive at the park, where they think there are no triangles. But Telly is still sneezing because the little lines in the leaves make triangles. Telly runs away from the park and Big Bird follows pursuit.
Cartoon A young bespectacled man with an accordion asks how much it costs to cross the bridge. The Bridgekeeper says admission is free, but requires that the young man show him three triangles. Two of them are found in the bridgework, and the man uses the bridgekeeper's staff to draw a third triangle in the dirt. Although the bridgekeeper has his order filled, he asks the man to play a tune on his accordion. This additional request takes the young man by surprise, but he is told to do so for the opportunity to get past the bridgekeeper.

Big Bird thinks that Telly could use his Triangle-sneeze-itis to find the triangles even if it takes the last sneeze Telly ever snoze!

Telly looks deep in the ball barrel and at the bottom is a bag with the long lost 15 triangles of Constantinople inside which would be taken to the museum. Telly announces the sponsors while still sneezing.
