	SCENE 1	Zoe approaches Ruthie inside Finders Keepers clutching a list of things she needs. Reading her paper, it contains drawings of a hat and a scarf with their beginning letters next to them. Zoe wrote them because she thinks they start with those letters, but Ruthie explains a better way is to write the words out. She fetches the items for her, which fit too big on Zoe, but Zoe reveals they're for a snowman she's going to build. Ruthie points out there's no snow around, so Zoe leaves to go make it snow.

	Muppets	Sesame Street News Flash: Kermit has received a phone call which tells him that there is someone who has been standing out in a terrible snow storm for a long time. Kermit asks everyone who passes by, "Are you that person?" But everyone he asks has been out in the snow for only a short time. Kermit refuses to give up, however, and tells us to stay tuned. He calls the attention of passerby Harvey Kneeslapper, who tells Kermit that he is the one who made the call, which was a prank call. As it turns out, Kermit was the one standing out in the storm. 	Animation	Camels appear in the clouds as Vivaldi music plays.
	SCENE 2	Zoe tries to command the clouds above to send snow down, but Ruthie tells her that the snow won't fall when it's summer and it's hot outside, and it must be cold. Zoe decides to go make the temperature cold, to Ruthie's confusion.

	Muppets	Ernie & Bert — Ernie and Bert build a snowman, but Ernie fears that the snowman will be cold if they don't dress him. Even though Bert tries to tell him that snowmen aren't alive and can't feel the cold, that doesn't stop Ernie from dressing the snowman in Bert's clothing. (First: Episode 1824)

	SCENE 3	Zoe recruits a bunch of kids to wave some fans rapidly, hoping it'll make things cold enough to create some snow. Ruthie explains that this won't work and that snow only occurs during winter. Zoe understand, then gets the idea to convince the clouds that it's already winter.

	SCENE 5	Ruthie has Zoe imagine it being winter time. In her imagination, Ruthie produces a duckie inner tube. Zoe now feels very much like swimming, only she can't in the winter. Ruthie reminds her that it's actually summer and Zoe excitedly takes Ruthie's floatie and heads for the pool. Ruthie announces the sponsors, then grabs a floatie of her own.
