SCENE 1 Maria introduces the sponsors as she snacks on a knish at Hooper's Store. This attracts Wolfgang the Seal, who mistakenly thinks it's a fish. He does the same when Telly's friend Trish stops by. Mr. Handford goes to check if the store has any fish to calm Wolfgang down.

SCENE 2 Mr. Handford reports that the store is out of fish and Wolfgang sobs. His cries are heard by his Fairy Godperson, who offers to grant him a wish of fish. With a musical spell, he grants Wolfgang with "The Fishie Touch," meaning whatever his nose touches will turn into a fish. The Godperson poofs out to his next client, while Wolfgang uses his new power to turn Maria's knish (and a newspaper) into fish to eat).

Maria, Telly and the kids try to convince him to take it easy and have him imagine what the street would be like if everything were made of fish. Wolfgang understands their plight and feels sad. Telly consoles him, but when they make physical contact, Telly is turned into a fish himself!

SCENE 4 Telly flops his way back to the arbor, only being able to shout, "I'm a fish!" Maria convinces Wolfgang to summon the Fairy Godperson in hopes that he can turn Telly back into a monster. Wolfgang thinks back to how he was able to bring him the first time and begins barking like mad. The Fairy Godperson returns and tells Maria he can only change Telly back if Wolfgang wishes it. Wolfgang thinks it over and decides to make the wish. With another ditty, the Godperson changes Telly back to normal. Now, everyone requests he wish away his "Fishie Touch."

Mr. Handford tells Wolfgang that from now on, he'll have a plentiful stock of fish handy at Hooper's whenever he's hungry (thanks to a local fish supplier). Wolfgang wishes away his magic powers, when the first fish delivery arrives. Wolfgang digs in, as the Godperson magically presents the sponsors.
