	SCENE 1	Maria introduces the sponsors as she snacks on a knish at Hooper's Store. This attracts a frenzied Wolfgang the Seal, who mistakenly thinks it's a fish since the words rhyme. He does the same when Telly's friend Trish stops by. Mr. Handford goes to check if the store has any fish to calm Wolfgang down.

	SCENE 2	Mr. Handford reports that the store is out of fish and Wolfgang sobs. His cries are heard by his Fairy Godperson, to the shock of everybody. After communicating with Wolfgang through barks (he's multilingual) he offers to grant him a wish of fish. With a musical spell, he grants Wolfgang with "The Fishie Touch," meaning whatever his sparkly silver nose touches will turn into a fish. The Godperson answers a call on his cellular wand and poofs out to his next client, while Wolfgang uses his new power to turn Maria's knish and a newspaper into fish to eat. He runs off, closely followed by Maria and Telly who thinks this could mean trouble.

	SCENE 3	Wolfgang continues using his "fishie touch," having turned some of the kids' toys in the playground into fish to their dismay. Maria, Telly, and the kids try to convince him to take it easy and have him imagine what the street would be like if everything were made of fish. Though he loves the thought, Wolfgang understands their plight and feels sad. Telly consoles him, but when they make physical contact, Telly is turned into a fish himself!

	SCENE 4	Telly flops his way back to the yard, only being able to shout "I'm a fish!" as he's so freaked out. Maria convinces Wolfgang to summon the Fairy Godperson in hopes that he can turn Telly back into a monster. Wolfgang thinks back to how he was able to bring him the first time and begins barking like mad. The Fairy Godperson returns and tells Maria he can only change Telly back if Wolfgang wishes it - he's Wolfgang's fairy godperson, nobody else's. Wolfgang thinks it over and decides to make the wish. With another ditty, the Godperson changes Telly back to normal. Now, everyone requests he wish away his "Fishie Touch," but that's a tougher decision for Wolfgang to make.

	SCENE 5	Everyone keeps begging Wolfgang to wish away his power. "I never saw a seal under so much pressure," the Godperson notes. Mr. Handford tells Wolfgang that from now on, he'll have a plentiful stock of fish handy at Hooper's whenever he's hungry (thanks to a local fish supplier). Wolfgang wishes away his magic powers, and moments later a delivery person arrives with a fresh supply of fish. Wolfgang digs in as the Godperson magically presents the sponsors (asking permission from Wolfgang first, of course).
