SCENE 1 Goldilocks comes across Baby Bear and the kids, who are playing make believe. Baby Bear is pretending to be an oak tree, swaying in the breeze supplied by the kids. He allows Goldilocks to join in, but she doesn't want to be a tree or the breeze: she wants to be a bird who lives in the tree. She hops onto Baby Bear, knocking him over. She then pretends to be a squirrel, with the same results. He gives her an ultimatum: be a tree or the breeze or don't play at all. She complies and becomes a tree, but imagines the breeze becomes so strong it knocks her down, landing on Baby Bear. He throws a fit and runs off.

SCENE 2 cont'd Baby Bear watches her from outside and tells Bob his plan: he's going to get back at Goldilocks by jumping on her when she leaves Hooper's. Bob has him imagine how that situation would work out - Baby Bear jumps onto Goldilocks, making her so mad she does the same. The two end up in a vicious cycle and getting hurt, and Baby Bear realizes his best option is to tell Goldilocks how he feels.
