	SCENE 1	Baby Bear welcomes the viewer to his Bear Scout meeting, where Papa Bear (the scout master) announces today’s activity – opening your own juice box. Baby Bear has trouble opening his straw and putting it into the box, but Miles helps him out. Papa Bear rewards him with a Bear Scout helping badge. He then tells the troop to drink up, which Baby Bear needs no help with.

	SCENE 2	Papa Bear dismisses the scouts and Gordon and Susan arrive to pick Miles up. They thank Papa Bear for being a great scout leader by inviting him and his family over for dinner. As a token of appreciation, Papa Bear gives Susan and Gordon their own Bear Scout bowler hats for their “Bear Scout Good Deed for the Day.” Once the family leaves, Papa Bear and his son wonder what kind of porridge the Robinsons will be preparing.

	SCENE 3	The Bear Family is now in Gordon and Susan's apartment and waits for dinner to be served. Baby Bear admires the decor and compliments the Miles Davis jazz music they have playing. He is also surprised that Miles can set the table all on his own, which Miles claims he learned to do as he got older. Gordon reminisces of when Miles was younger, cueing a song performed by everyone about what the kids were unable to do when they were young (“I Wish I Knew How to Do That Too”). Miles gives Baby Bear a plate to set down on his own, and Baby Bear puts it on the table with pride. Papa Bear catches a whiff of the almost-done dinner and wonders what kind of porridge it is.

	SCENE 4	As the Robinsons dish out the food, Mama Bear asks what porridge they’ve made, naming all the different varieties they’ve had (Chinese, Japanese, curry, matzah ball, etc.). However, the Bears are shocked to learn they’re not having porridge tonight. Instead, they're dining on chicken, collard greens, and cornbread. The Bears are a little reluctant at first, but they try each new food one at a time and discover they like it!

	SCENE 5	As the families continue their meal, Miles asks Papa Bear to pass the pepper. Papa grabs the shaker, ducks under the table, and crawls his way over to Miles to sprinkle it on his food before returning to his seat. When Baby Bear wants some, Gordon says he doesn’t have to crawl under the table... so Mama Bear does it instead. Soon after, all the Bears are under the table until Gordon tells them to get up. They show them how easier it is to pass the item from one person (or bear) to another. The Bears find this fascinating, but when Miles asks for ketchup, Papa Bear grabs the bottle and starts crawling under the table again (not realizing the rule applies to not just pepper).

	SCENE 6	Everyone has finished their meals and the Bears reflect on all that they’ve learned today. Papa Bear offers to throw out the dishes for them, but learns that people recycle their dishes instead by washing them. To show their appreciation for what they've learned, the Bears show the Robinsons how they partake in their after-dinner bear hug. Gordon announces the sponsors as he and his family get in on the hug, and the credits follow.
