Picture Segment Description

Insert A woman (Milagros Ysalguez) and her daughter (Samantha E. Diaz) are thinking of moving to Sesame Street and wish to know about the area, so Big Bird sings about the different "Places in Our Neighborhood." He brings them to the Fix-It Shop, Hooper's Store, 123 Sesame Street, and the corner bus stop, where all of the residents and neighbors join in the song.

SCENE 1 Telly, Baby Bear, and Zoe gather in the yard to hear the Count read Sir Count-A-Lot and his Round Table, all about the Count's favorite counting knight.

SCENE 1 cont'd As the story begins, various knights are busy at their kingdom: Sir Chaser-of-Dragons chases a dragon, Sir Argues-with-Chickens debates a chicken on whether the sky is falling, etc. Sir Count-A-Lot, the bravest and most magnificent knight in the kingdom, arrives and sings about his brave counting skills. He then wants to count his fellow knights, but they are all spread out doing other things so he assembles them at his round table, making them easy to count (again and again).
SCENE 1 cont'd When the story ends, the others muse about Sir Count-A-Lot visiting Sesame Street and going on adventures. The Count whispers to the viewer that he could make such a thing happen...

SCENE 2 The Count comes back, disguised as Sir Count-A-Lot and appoints the kids as knights of his round table: Sir Telly of Triangle, Sir Baby Bear of Porridge, and Lady Zoe of Crayon! They head to Finders Keepers to get some armor.

SCENE 3 The knights head to Hooper's Store for lunch, where they want a round table like they had in the story. Mr. Handford only has a square one, so they decide to be the Knights of the Square Table. Sir Baby Bear hopes to chase some dragons, but there aren't any on the street... except for the one Lexine just spotted headed toward the park!

SCENE 4 The knights, Lexine, and Mr. Handford find the sobbing dragon in the park. She claims she's actually a princess (pointing out her crown) but she was put under a spell by an evil wizard. The spell can only be broken if she counts to 40, which she doesn't know how to do by herself. With the help of the knights, she's able to count to 40 and turns back to normal, and heads for the subway.

SCENE 5 Sir Count-A-Lot must leave, but requests (in song) that the knights keep his memory alive by counting. As they announce the sponsors, the Count returns, wishing he could've gone on their quest, giving a sly look and laugh to the camera.
COMING SOON Coming Soon on Sesame Street: Big Bird picks a new name to be called - "Roy" - though Snuffy has a hard time remembering it.
