Picture Segment Description
SCENE 1 Carlo comes across Elmo, Telly, Baby Bear and the kids, who are having another meeting of "Club 40". They explain to Carlo that in Club 40, they count all the way up to 40. Carlo thinks their meetings would be short, until he learns that sometimes, the meetings can last all day.

Carlo thinks they should just tell him the next number, but Telly explains it's a common situation, so they always bring in special guests to remind Elmo. Telly welcomes today's guests, who are both out-of-this-world...

Telly excuses him and announces they must wait until he comes back and makes sure anyone who needs to go goes. Shortly after, Telly runs off as well.
