Picture Segment Description
SCENE 1 Telly has brought his bike to Luis at the Fix-It Shop. Luis notices the viewer and tries to greet them, but the shop phone rings before he can finish. He leaves the greeting to Telly to perform, while mentioning some things they'll learn about today (the letter E, number 14, the alphabet, counting to 10). Telly cues up the theme song and tries doing his greeting, but can't settle on the right tone. Luis comes out and assumes Telly has done it already, when Telly leaves to practice his intro.

The only thing left to talk about is "counting to 10" and Telly accomplishes it while complaining about how its intro will get ruined somehow. He then realizes what he's done and runs off in a fit.
