Elmo orders a tuna fish sandwich and a glass of milk, but Telly and Baby Bear insist that he not move his arms for fear of hitting his boo-boo again, and consume his lunch for him, thinking they're doing him a favor. This makes Elmo so furious that he writhes back and forth as he lets out his anger, which causes his bandage to fall off.
