Picture Segment Description
SCENE 1 Gordon sees Oscar and Irvine listening to Fluffy splashing loudly as she takes her bath. Oscar thinks Irvine would never want a bath, seeing as she's a Grouch baby, but she does show signs of wanting one. Oscar doesn't mind Fluffy taking a bath, because by the time it's over, his trash can will be a mess. He introduces the following segment to show what kind of mess an elephant can make ...

Just then, Stinky calls Gordon from a restaurant, and requests that Gordon bring him to Oscar's trash can, because he has a surprise for Oscar and Irvine. They both become curious about what it is ...

But then he realized that maybe this smell of his could have some use for grouches, and he ended up authorizing the use of his smell for a new grouch bubble bath, "Bubble Blecch." Oscar and Irvine love the smell of it, and Irvine wants to be bathed in it, so Oscar gives his okay this time.
