Gordon sees Oscar and Irvine listening to Fluffy splashing loudly as she takes her bath. Gordon brings Stinky to Oscar's trash can, and before Stinky reveals his surprise, he explains that awhile ago, he grew a very smelly flower (as seen in a flashback), which was a major disappointment for him. But then he realized that maybe this smell of his could have some use for grouches, and he ended up authorizing the use of his smell for a new grouch bubble bath, "Bubble Blecch." Oscar and Irvine love the smell of it, and Irvine wants to be bathed in it, so Oscar gives his okay this time.
