	SCENE 1	While Maria is working late at the Fix-It Shop and Gabi stays over with a friend, Luis plans to cook Maria's favorite Tex-Mex meal, huevos rancheros (rancher's eggs) as a surprise. Big Bird, Baby Bear, and Rosita learn what "Tex-Mex" means and help Luis check to see if they have the right ingredients only to discover he needs three tomatoes and one hot pepper. Big Bird offers to get them at Hooper's Store, with the others reminding him not to let Maria know about their secret.

	SCENE 2	Big Bird arrives at Hooper's Store and asks Alan for the tomatoes and pepper, only he stops and wonders if he asked for the right amount of each. Maria runs into them while ordering a coffee and is reminded of when Luis used to make huevos rancheros for her, stating that the recipe included three tomatoes and one hot pepper as well. Big Bird is careful but relieved he didn't spoil the surprise.

Luis considers retrieving them himself when Baby Bear says he'll fetch them, telling Luis he shouldn't have sent Big Bird and Rosita out to do "a bear's job."

	SCENE 6	Baby Bear arrives at the Fix-it Shop and tries to distract Maria by saying that her shoe is untied... only to learn she's wearing boots without laces. He then pretends to be sad that Rosita and Big Bird are too busy to play with him, so Maria lets them go. They quickly take off only to realize that Rosita forgot the ingredients as she thought Baby Bear was serious about wanting to play! "I'm a better actor than I thought," Baby Bear says before quickly going back and snatching the bag, to Maria's confusion.
