Picture Segment Description

SCENE 1 Zoe welcomes the viewer and reveals she'll be having a playdate with Rosita today. Zoe shows some of the items she brought, including her doll Mimi and her special jacket. Rosita enters and informs Zoe that she has an obligation with her mother and can't play today. Zoe tries asking Big Bird and Maria to play with her, but they're both busy as well. Feeling lonely, Zoe wishes her jacket could play with her. Right away, with a flash of smoke, a coughing fairy appears next to her, who introduces himself as the Jacket Fairy.
Film Cori's friends come visit and play before her nap.
Cartoon Suzie Kabloozie presents the letter of the day made of fudge, but Feff is too fast for her.

SCENE 2 Zoe tells the Jacket Fairy that she wants her jacket to play with her, a wish he hasn't performed before. In order to do so, he requests Zoe and the viewer to follow his poetic instructions. By closing her eyes, believing, shaking her head, and saying "Wubba," Zoe's jacket suddenly springs to life! Zoe congratulates the fairy while the jacket greets her in a variety of ways.

SCENE 3 The jacket doesn't know where she is, but remembers who Zoe is when she sees her arms and is explained when she's worn ("Remember that snowball fight we had with the little red guy last winter?"). The Jacket Fairy departs to make a wish for someone in Des Moines, but informs them that no one else can see the jacket alive except Zoe and the viewer, before he disappears. Now wondering what to do, Zoe decides to talk about the various locales of Sesame Street to her jacket. Zoe also tells her the letter of the day, and they take turns naming several "J" words.

SCENE 4 Zoe and the jacket briefly play tag, then decide to show the number of the day. Zoe lets the jacket present it, but she doesn't know the number, so Zoe whispers it to her. After presenting the number 20, Zoe compliments her on her presentation, while the jacket admits her proudness ("If I had buttons, I'd burst them!").

SCENE 5 Zoe tells the jacket about her other friends on Sesame Street, and hollers for Big Bird to come meet her jacket, but Big Bird only sees a wrinkled up jacket lying on the table. Despite Zoe claiming her jacket can talk and that the Jacket Fairy brought it alive, Big Bird dismisses it as Zoe using a great imagination. After he leaves, the jacket reminds Zoe of what the fairy said, before they both decide to pretend being airplanes.

SCENE 6 After pretending to be airplanes, the jacket comments how she never knew monsters and jackets could be friends. Zoe thinks it's wonderful, and they both sing "Me and My Jacket." Big Bird asks if Zoe was singing to someone, and after hearing it's her jacket, he compliments her imagining ability before walking off.
Animation Two kids sitting on the grass look the same until they get colored with different skin, but they have the same reaction when a dog comes around.

Muppets Waiter Grover: Mr. Johnson wants to order a couple of poached eggs on toast, but Grover informs him that the restaurant is out of eggs, so he brings two corn cobs on toast to him. Grover gives a lecture on where eggs come from, by bringing a cornstalk, chicken feed, and a chicken to the table.

SCENE 7 The jacket asks what to do next, but Zoe suddenly starts feeling chilly. The jacket asks her to put her on, but ends up being tickled as Zoe struggles to put her arms in, and frets that she's not her jacket anymore. Zoe says she's still her friend, but the jacket explains how important she is as a jacket. She summons the Jacket Fairy to grant her wish, and with a series of fabric-related commands, he makes the jacket appear on Zoe. He starts to leave when Zoe asks if she'll ever be able to use his wishes again. He assures he'll be around, as he struggles to zip up his jacket.

SCENE 8 Zoe brings the jacket back to life and they announce the sponsors together, before waving good-bye.
