SCENE 2 | The pair dance down the block continuing their exercise when Telly reveals his secret to whistling: "You just put your lips together... and blow." Baby Bear struggles to pucker his lips correctly, even when Telly tries to do it manually (Telly: "You know, your snout is really flexible!"). Telly attributes Baby Bear's problem to being too tense and relaxes his pal, having him imagine he's at the beach. With a calmer demeanor, Baby Bear gives it a try and ends up spitting in Telly's face ("I think I got a little bit of the ocean mist there."). Telly resolves to take Baby Bear to see a whistling expert. |

SCENE 3 | The whistling expert turns out to be Big Bird, who is quite adept in whistling various bird calls and has already taught the Birdketeers to whistle. He believes that in order to whistle like a bird, Baby Bear needs to think like a bird. The kids dress him up in a Birdketeer outfit and Big Bird instructs him on how to feel more bird-like. With an avian frame of mind, Baby Bear attempts a whistle but still fails. He does, however, feel a hankering for birdseed. |

Baby Bear agrees and settles down for a nap. Telly notices that Baby Bear can whistle, just when he snores! He wakes Baby Bear up to share the good news. Baby Bear thanks Telly for his efforts and heads back to sleep so he can "practice" whistling some more. |
