SCENE 1 Prairie Dawn, holding a small clipboard, welcomes the viewer to Sesame Street. Elmo interrupts and asks Prairie to go miniature golfing with him, fully dressed in his golfing attire. Prairie says miniature golf is not on her list of stuff to tell the viewers about today, which starts with a lesson on the letter K. Elmo decides to help Prairie out, but doesn't like the K word she chooses - "Kitchen" - and instead demonstrates "Karate" by waving his arms and legs around going "Hi-ya!" Elmo then dons a crown and a cape, calling himself King Kevin, the King of Karate! Prairie begins to silently fume as "King Kevin" carries on with his karate routine.

Prairie is confused, but Elmo changes into his official Seventeenketeer shirt and is joined by the rest of the club, who pile on to the garage steps and count off to 17 with him. They follow it with the Seventeenketeer Cheer, and Prairie sighs and bangs her head on her clipboard in frustration.

Next on her list is to sing "I'm a Little Teapot," and allows Elmo to sing along if he cooperates. At Elmo's urging, they sing it a second time. Finally, Elmo shows Prairie his own teapot.
