Ernie pretends to be a magician, with his assistant Rubber Duckie. Mumford arrives and accidentally makes his duckie huge with no way of making him shrink. He calls upon his old duck magician friend, The Great Quackini, who helps them shrink him, but Mumford shrinks Quackini as well.
