Picture	Segment	Description
	SCENE 1	Grover asks Maria if his new Super Grover cape has been delivered yet; his current one is worn-out. She tells him it won't be delivered until Thursday. He catches wind of someone in distress, but his ratty cape helps him fly as far as the arbor. Big Bird, Zoe and other offer their help and give him some possible substitutes - Big Bird's bedsheet (which is too long) and Zoe's washcloth (too small). Zoe also has a towel that seems to fit size-wise, but it's too heavy to fly on its own. He hops on a chicken for a lift, who suggests he use a cannon instead.
	SCENE 1 cont'd	Grover has called upon the services of The Great Fentini, the Human Cannonball! He prepares to be blasted into the sky from his cannon, but the towel falls off in mid-flight, sending Grover plummeting back to the ground. Maria, fed up, gives a call to Marty's Cape City, who tells her the cape is ready now and it's sent via air mail (and drops with a parachute).
	SCENE 1 cont'd	Grover puts on his new cape with glee ("I love that new cape smell."). He thanks everyone who helped (even the Academy) and attempts to take off, but has some trouble. Everyone blows some air to help propel him into the sky, right where he belongs.
	Film	A Wegman dog sits on one end of a see-saw, while someone adds things to the other side.
	Film	Bill Irwin performs a dance called "Body Parts Cooperation," which is commented on by Biff and Roxy Marie. (EKA: Episode 3652)

	SCENE 3	Big Bird wants to be a superhero too, but thinks without a cape, he can't help anyone. Maria sings "Helping People" to convinces him otherwise.
