SCENE 1 | Rosita wants to play with someone, but it seems like everybody is too busy; Telly is on his way to a Triangle Lovers meeting, while Baby Bear is headed the other way to pick up some groceries for his Mama Bear ("A loaf of bwead, a container of milk, and a stick of buttah... I wemembered, I wemembered!"). Rosita starts to get sad when she hears a "Ribbit-ribbit!" sound and notices a small frog (Joey Mazzarino) wearing a crown and hopping around her. She instantly becomes smitten and begins hopping around with him, happy to find someone to play with. |

SCENE 1 cont'd | Baby Bear and Telly finish their activities and meet up with Rosita, ready to play. She introduces them to her froggy friend when Baby Bear notices the golden headwear the frog is wearing. He is reminded of the main character from The Frog Prince and gets his wee little picture book copy of it. He shows Telly and Rosita how the prince in the story was turned into a frog by a wicked wizard, and the only way he can become a prince again is if a princess kisses him. |

SCENE 1 cont'd | Since Rosita is the closest thing to a princess, Baby Bear and Telly suggest she kiss the frog. Rosita doesn't want to as she likes the frog the way he is and wants to spend the rest of the day hopping with him. Telly and Baby Bear have her think about the situation if she were the prince, and she imagines how unhappy she'd be if a wizard turned her into a frog. She agrees to kiss the frog, but first wants to say goodbye to his frog form and sings, "Adios, Little Friend." |

SCENE 1 cont'd | The song moves the boys to tears and they briefly have second thoughts, but talk themselves out of it and Rosita kisses the frog. To everyone's shock, the prince becomes a giant elephant who happens to be the "Prince of the Elephants" (since his parents were the king and queen). Although Rosita is sad that her friend is no longer who he is, the elephant prince says they can still be friends and hop together since he's always loved to hop. This makes Rosita happy again, and she and her friends go hopping around together. |
