SCENE 1 Bob introduces the viewer to his friend Scotty McKilt, who plays the bagpipes. He plays a tune for Zoe to dance to, working up his appetite. He asks Zoe to look after his bagpipes while he eats and she agrees, though not completely noticing much outside her new dance. She goes to show it to Oscar, leaving the bagpipes behind.
SCENE 1 cont'd Telly and Baby Bear come by playing and believe the bagpipes are a large bug or space creature. They inspect it and find it's harmless, but what it is exactly? Telly believes it could be a vacuum cleaner.
SCENE 1 cont'd Meanwhile, Oscar is tortured by Zoe's dance, when she remembers she should be doing something important. But, what was it...?

SCENE 1 cont'd Baby Bear now believes it could be a porridge cooler, so Telly blows into it, letting out a honking sound. This attracts a Honker, leading him to believe it's a "Honker Caller." They both pretend it's a "Superhero Flying Machine" and take it away. Down the block, Zoe finally remembers she was supposed to watch the bagpipes and returns to where she was before, only to find they're missing!
