Wembley is unhappy that he never gets to show off in front of his friends, until a magical Spiderfly gives him the power to fly. His friends don't believe that he has the gift of flight, while other Fraggles want to exploit his power. Wembley finally learns to fly for the right reasons.
Meanwhile, Doc objects to Sprocket when he plans to try to fly with homemade wings.
