Picture	Segment	Description
	SCENE	Cookie Monster sings "Cookie World" to a parody of the "Elmo's World" theme song. Naturally enough, he's thinking about cookies, and so is his cookie in a goldfish bowl (which, luckily, is not filled with water).
	SCENE, cont'd	Cookie Monster flags down Bob (who he calls "Mr. Bobble") and asks him how he eats a cookie. Bob doesn't have a cookie on hand, but he does have an apple.
	SCENE, cont'd	Cookie Monster next approaches a baby and her father. The baby is more inclined to play with Cookie Monster's fur than answer the question, however.
	SCENE, cont'd	Cookie Monster finally remembers that he's an "expert in the field," and eats a cookie himself without further reservation. He counts ten cookies on a plate with several kids, then subtracts by eating them.
	SCENE, cont'd	Cookie Monster asks Kyla and Maria if various inanimate objects like a basketball and toaster eat cookies, attracting variously indignant replies.
	SCENE, cont'd	When Zoe walks by, Cookie Monster suggests that she can do a cookie dance. Although caught off-guard, she reluctantly agrees, fetches a costume, and dances away!
	SCENE, cont'd	Cookie Monster wants to learn more about cookies. He talks to a cookie in an attempt to find answers, then eats it.
	SCENE, cont'd	The cookie in the fish bowl imagines Cookie Monster eating cookies.
	SCENE, cont'd	Finally, Cookie Monster is ready to sing the "cookie song." He says goodbye to "Mr. Bobble" and his cookie in a bowl. That's Cookie World!
