SCENE 1 | Big Bird and Snuffy welcome the viewer to Sesame Street, and to the Big Bird and Snuffy Talent Show! They realize that they don't know what a talent show is, so they ask Leela to fill them in. Big Bird and Snuffy agree to have Leela be the first guest on their talent show, but she needs to get to work at the laundromat. Thinking quickly, she decides to juggle an apple and an orange, and Big Bird has her sing the alphabet song while doing so. | |

Big Bird and Snuffy are amazed at what Leela just did, and look for another guest. Wolfgang tries to call attention to himself by playing his glockenspiel, but they tell him to play somewhere else. Wolfgang sadly rolls away, and they continue looking for a guest. They spot Cookie Monster passing by, and ask him to do something talented on the spot. He devours a cookie and remarks, "Define talent!" | |

Wolfgang rolls by again, and Big Bird and Snuffy brush him off for the second time. Leela comes back, and they beg her to display another talent. This time she dances around a laundry basket, and Mr. Johnson's shorts even join her! Mr. Johnson comes to pick up his laundry and walks off in a huff. | |

Leela really has to leave. Big Bird and Snuffy beg her to stay with them, when Wolfgang rolls by once again with his glockenspiel. She points out that this seal is talented, so they finally give him a chance to display his talent. | |
