Notes[]
- Jerry Nelson cameos as one of the customers waiting in line at Hooper's Store, as well as Herry Monster and Mr. Johnson (two Nelson characters). Also in the line are Molly Boylan and Judy Freudberg.
- Big Bird's x-ray states the radiologist was C. Spinney, while his physician was Dr. Berger.
- Considering the episode's sponsoring letter X, as well as the x-ray storyline, Ex Ray, a character who had previously appeared on Scrubs, fittingly reappears in Hooper's Store for the scene with Sherlock Hemlock (a character incidentally known for his fondness of the letter X as well).
