SCENE Luis welcomes the viewer on a nice sunny day, where lots of people are riding their bikes on the street. This includes Bert and Ernie, who stop by the bike shop. Luis takes a look at Bert's bike and notices he still has his training wheels on. Ernie thinks he should get rid of them, but Bert wants to keep them. "That's How I Roll," he sings as he imagines himself riding through the park. The duo get ready to ride off, when Bert's bike tips over. They inspect and find one of the training wheels has broken off. Luis isn't sure he can fix it, but goes into the shop to try anyway. Bert decides to wait behind while Ernie rides off.

SCENE cont'd Bert waits and waits for Luis to emerge, but with no luck. Ernie returns with some clown accouterments, having just visited a nearby circus, with trained pigeons! Bert wants to go, but can't without his bike. Later, Ernie returns from a luau in the park, complete with paperclip leis. Luis exits the shop, explaining to Bert he couldn't find a part to fix his bike and the special order replacement wheel won't come today. Bert is upset over the exciting things he's missing out on, but Luis and Ernie convince him to give riding his bike, sans training wheels, a try. In a montage, Luis and Ernie sing a reprise of Bert's song as he tries riding down Sesame Street on his own. After falling down several times, he's able to zoom down the street on his own!

A group of penguins begin their dance practice, but a large ice block is in the way. Super Grover 2.0 arrives in the Super-Grovermobile to help. Using his powers of observation, he sees the ice block is in the way of the problem, but learns it is the problem. Now with his powers of investigation, he tickles the ice to see if it will move. A penguin suggests pushing it, but Grover declares it as his own idea and tries to push, with no success. He makes a bigger push (running into it), but doesn't move. While he goes to get some useful technology, the penguins notice the Super-Grovermobile is big and heavy like the ice, but it can move with the help of wheels. While Grover begins to whack the ice with a golf club to move it, the penguins take his wheels (and his golf club) and stick them under the ice, making it easy to move. As the penguins dance off, Grover wonders why his car won't move.

Mrs. Sparklenose announces today in class, the students can earn their Fairy Godmother wings by participating in the “Cinderella Challenge”. With a brief game of “Eeny Meeny Miney Ming”, Blögg is chosen to be the Cinderella. First they must poof a gown on him. They turn him into a hula dancer (dressing “down”), a clown and James Brown, until they come up with a good rhyme and make a gown appear. Next, they need glass slippers, but the ones they conjure up are too small and too big (and end up breaking, forcing Niblet to clean them up). They call on Spot, who shows them images of the number 12, which Gonnigan realizes is Blogg’s shoe size. Next, they need to turn a pumpkin into a coach, but Niblet has already eaten it. They improvise and turn Niblet into a motorcycle, which sends them all around the room. Gonnigan steers them to the ball pit, which counts as going to the ball, which means they pass and get their wings! (re-orchestrated theme song)
