Picture Segment Description
COLD OPEN Grover introduces the theme of princes and princesses by posing as a prince with a glass slipper. He looks for a fare damsel to try it on, but is instead met with the large foot of Freddy.

SCENE Zoe, Abby and Rosita finish playing a game and Zoe and Abby decide they should make up a princess story, though Rosita would rather play ball instead. The other two convince her to help, even though Rosita doesn't think she'll be good at it. Leela passes by and they recruit her to write down their story. Zoe and Abby both come up with names for their princess (Lucinda and Lula) and when they consult Rosita for her opinion, she says she likes both, so they give her both names. Next, they put the princess stuck in a tower. Zoe thinks a prince should rescue her, while Abby suggests a fairy godmother save her. They ask Rosita, who thinks she should rescue herself, a change they all like.

SCENE cont'd Next, the princess gets lost in the woods again. Zoe again thinks a prince should save her and Abby too wants a fairy godmother. Rosita thinks she should save herself once more: Princess Lucinda Lula finds an old house, where she uses some tools and builds herself a pogo stick-skateboard to escape the woods. The other girls like her idea again.

SCENE cont'd Finally, the princess encounters a dragon! Zoe wants the prince to fight him off and Abby wants the fairy godmother to turn it into a mouse. They consult Rosita once more, who says that the dragon must be angry about something. In the story, she has Princess Lucinda Lula sing a belly-breathing song to the dragon to calm him down. Everyone is pleased with their story and are ready to play ball, but now Rosita has another story idea!

Muppets Cookie's Crumby Pictures presents Star S'mores (Rated SC: For Self-Control)
Cookie Monster plays Flan Solo, who must rescue the Princess Parfaita, who is in the hands of the evil galactic empire. Aiding Flan are Luke Piewalker and Chewie the Cookie. Flan can't help but try to munch on Chewie, so Luke suggests they find someone to help control himself. They find Only One Cannoli, who recommends he "use the four" - counting to four to calm himself down. Flan tries it, but still finds himself hungry for Chewie. They then visit a swamp, where Groda (played by Grover) suggests he take his mind off cookies by singing. Flan tries that too, but still hungers for Chewie. The crew find themselves at the headquarters of Darth Baker, who turns out to be Luke's father and offers another strategy - Flan should pretend Chewie is something else. Flan dresses Chewie up like his grandmother; he'd never eat his granny. The team rescues Princess Parfaita, who rewards Flan with her cookie hairdo.

Muppets Elmo the Musical: Prince Elmo the Musical
Elmo imagines himself as Prince Elmo, aided by his two royal mice guards, who report that the citizens of Tottentot are menaced by a dragon. To get to the town, they must go over the Burping Hill of Beans, under the Friendly Froggies Five and through the Hiccuping Hoop of Ballyhoo. As they climb the hill, they start to sink in until Velvet helps them out. Next, they go under the Froggies Five, who musically count off. They find the hoop and surprise it so it'll stop hiccuping and they can pass through. When they reach Tottentot, they are told the dragon is harassing them with his incredibly stinky breath. Fighting fire with fire, Prince Elmo gulps down some garlic and Limburger cheese wedges (five of each) and defeats the dragon with his own breath. (edited)
