SCENE cont'd ...Sesame Ocean! Big Bird, Grover and their dogs swim by, now in fish-form; Chris is even turned into a merman. Elmo lets Dorothy out of her bowl and she immediately swims out of sight. Elmo and Abby go off searching for her (in song), following the clue to look for something orange.

SCENE cont'd They find a floating orange object in the sea garden, which turns out to be a orange sea cookie, a source of food for the Cowabunga Cookie Shark. They continue their search, now looking for something orange that moves quickly.

SCENE cont'd The two reach the aquatic version of 123 Sesame Street, where they see something orange moving quickly in a nearby sea chest. This turns out to be the home of Oscar the Crab, who tells them to scram.

SCENE cont'd Elmo doesn't think they'll ever find Dorothy, but Abby encourages him to think of another clue. Elmo believes they can find her if they look specifically for a fish that's orange. Elmo and Abby swim back to Hooper's Store (rendered as a sunken ship), where they find Dorothy swimming around the wreckage. They return Sesame Street to normal and order some lunch, discovering Chris is still stuck with a merman tail.

Muppets Smart Cookies: Relaxing on Pecan Sandy Beach
Lady Crunchington hires the Smart Cookies to guard her from the Crumb while she enjoys her day at the beach. The Crumb sneaks by Cookie Monster, disguised as a lobster, and unleashes his "Typhoon Macaroon" into the sea, causing a storm while Lady Crunchington floats in the water. Miss Fortune divines that they need a board to save her and Cookie Monster assumes she means cardboard or an ironing board. Eventually, he thinks about the clue and grabs a surfboard, which they all ride to save Lady Crunchington. They then chase the Crumb down the coastline, Baywatch-style.

Elmo imagines himself on Happy Crab Beach, run by the King Crab. All the residents are happy...except for a little shrimp, who has the blues because she's too small to do anything. Suddenly, a tidal wave washes the king's crown into some rocks, out of everyone's reach. The shrimp turns out to be the right size and is able to retrieve it, making her feel proud.
