COLD OPEN | Bert sets up today's theme of siblings by introducing his twin brother, Bart. They also remind the Two-Headed Monster that they are siblings.
SCENE 1 | Abby greets the viewer while playing Hide and Seek with Rudy, who is found again. He snatches her wand and attempts to turn himself into an astronaut, but manages to make himself a carrot instead. Abby restores him to normal and he begs to play yet another round. Abby, having grown tired after the millions of rounds they've played, agrees to start counting and let him hide.
SCENE 1 cont'd | Rudy finds a place to hide in the garden. Abby nearly lures him out by telling a joke (and following the sound of his laughter). Just as she heads in the opposite direction, Elmo greets Rudy, blowing his hiding spot. Elmo wants to play now too and Abby goes off to count once more as the monsters hide.
SCENE 1 cont'd | As Rudy finds a spot in the community center, he finds Abby's discarded wand. He thinks magic can make him impossible to find and tries a spell to do so. Instead, he turns himself into a banana. He uses this to his advantage, as Abby happens by and mistakes him for a simple banana. She finds her wand and goes off looking some more.
SCENE 1 cont'd | Abby finds Elmo hiding in Hooper's Store, leaving only Rudy to be found. He slips in into the store, but they don't notice he's under an enchantment. They continue looking down the block, missing Rudy hiding up in a tree (as the top banana).
SCENE 1 cont'd | Abby and Elmo check the Bike Shop and turn up empty. Abby begins to worry about Rudy's whereabouts, when he reveals he's the banana. Abby turns him back to normal, glad to have her brother back. They all race to Hooper's for a banana smoothie.
