SCENE 1 Elmo and Nina visit the Library to find some books - Nina needs a book to write a report with and Elmo wants the new Galactic Gail comic book. Librarian Frankie is unable to assist them, as she has a puppet show to perform in the story area. Grover happens by and claims he's a library expert. He dons the appropriate wardrobe and offers to help the two find their books. They're then joined by a quartet of Honkers, who also need assistance. The Honkers honk in excitement, but Elmo and Nina point out the signs regarding the area's "No Honking" policy.
