SCENE 1 Chris reads The Three Little Pigs to Abby, Rosita, and Elmo. He takes a brief pause to sneeze, something having triggered his allergies. As he finishes the story, the youngsters wish the Big Bad Wolf wasn't so bad and decide to make up their own version of the story where he's kind.

SCENE 1 cont'd The three rush off and get some pig accessories and building materials. Rosita also provides Chris with some items to make him into a wolf. The three start their story by building their house of hay and sing a short tune about it. Chris at first enters too big and bad, needing to be reminded to be kind. As a part of the changes, the wolf is now visiting the pigs to bring them a house-warming cake (actually a bottle of ketchup). Since the wolf is now kind, they wonder how they can have the house blow down. Elmo proposes they make the wolf allergic to hay and he sneezes it down. Elmo is ready to call it "The End," but the others remind him there's more to the story.

SCENE 1 cont'd The pretend pigs now build a house of popsicle sticks. They feel the wolf wouldn't be allergic to such a thing and instead suggest he be allergic to the flowers planted outside the house. Elmo thinks this is the end again, but there's still one more house they need to build.

SCENE 1 cont'd The pretend pigs use boxes from Hooper's Store to make a faux-brick house. The Kind Wolf skips by and, not being allergic to anything this time, presents them with their cake. The trio cheers and Elmo finally gets to call it the end of the story.
