	COLD OPEN	Over video chat, Elmo and Abby set up today's theme of instruments while showing off their homemade instruments.
	SCENE 1	Abby and Elmo attend today's virtual Grouchketeer meeting. After taking role call, Oscar abruptly ends the meeting, as he needs to prepare for the annual "Bring in 'da Noise, Bring in 'da Junk" concert. Elmo and Abby wish to participate, but Oscar tells them only musicians with grouchy-sounding instruments can play. He demonstrates blowing a ratty horn, which his onscreen meter shows as being very noisy. Abby shows how her homemade kazoo can be noisy, earning her a place in the show. Elmo's "shakey-shake," however, doesn't generate enough noise to get into the concert.
	SCENE 1 cont'd	Elmo and Abby wonder how they can make his shakey-shake noisier. Elmo puts some more rocks in the jar, which makes a louder sound, but not loud or annoying enough for Oscar to accept him. Elmo then fills the rest of the jar with some blocks, which prevents any noise from being made at all. Oscar tells him that if he wants to join, he must hurry; the concert is starting soon (bringing on conductor Fluffy to confirm).
	SCENE 1 cont'd	Abby points out that with all the space in Elmo's jar filled, there's no room for the rocks and blocks to move and make noise. Thusly, Elmo removes some of the blocks, which finally produces a loud enough noise to allow him into the concert. From Canegie Hall, Oscar is virtually joined by other musicians (including Grundgetta, Rosita, Grover, and Nina) in performing a grouchy song. He is slightly taken aback when Elmo and Abby tell him how well the musical performance went.
