SCENE 1 cont'd | Elmo and Abby brainstorm what they need at a picnic when they run into a problem: there are no plants and flowers in Elmo's apartment. One "I wonder, what if, let's try" later and the two head outside for some plants, but the lightning scares them off. Abby then attempts to use her wand, but transports snow instead of the desired plants. |

With renewed motivation from him, a third idea is invented: they could simply use what they already do have to make what they don't.
